The first time I met Dulcie and Andrew was for their sunrise engagement session in DUMBO. Anyone who knows me knows I’m definitely not a morning person. However, for Dulcie and Andrew, I’d make an exception. I knew upon meeting them that we would undoubtedly get to have an amazing time together for their Belle Haven Club wedding. Their wedding day came and went and I can honestly say it is some of the most fun I’ve had working. Wanna see how it all went? Keep on scrolling friends!
Indian Harbor Yacht Club Greenwich Rehearsal Dnner
To kick off their wedding weekend, the rehearsal dinner took place at Indian Harbor Yacht Club. The Indian Harbor Yacht Club is a private club with a long and storied yachting tradition. Since its inception in 1889, it has been dedicated to upholding and fostering the Corinthian spirit in yachting.
Before Dulcie and Andrew’s arrival, I decide to take a quick walk around the property to scout out some photo spots. Unsure of the timeline of the dinner itself, I’m seriously hoping I get some time to take them outside by the water for some portraits. Spoiler alert: I did, and they’re beautiful.
First, here are some film favorites from their rehearsal dinner ahead of their Belle Haven Club Wedding.

Wedding Day Getting Ready Photos
It’s wedding day for the cutest cuties, and as usual, we start the day with some relaxing getting ready photos. This portion of the day doesn’t have to be super complicated. The best way to get amazing getting ready photos is to be yourself, enjoy your morning with your friends and family, and just take it all in.
Andrew and his friends are a few minutes down the road at The J House Hotel, while Dulcie and her crew get ready at Andrew’s house. The day is off to an amazing start, and most importantly, the vibes are immaculate. As a result? Some incredible getting ready photos.

Belle Haven Club Wedding First Look
With the prep portion of the day done, it’s time for one of my favorite parts of the day: the first look. Completely optional depending on how you want to structure your timeline, however, I recommend one if possible. A first look allows you to get all your portraits done early, ensuring you get to enjoy cocktail hour. In addition to that, you also get more photos where your hair, makeup, and outfit look their freshest.
Dulcie and Andrew’s first look was so beautiful and intimate. Hugs, kisses, laughs, tears; all essential to great images. And above all, being in such a beautiful place doesn’t hurt.

Belle Haven Club Wedding Ceremony & Reception Photos
I promise I’m almost done yapping about this day. After the first look there’s plenty of time for family and wedding party photos, as well as some time to hang out in the bridal suite. I always like to factor in at least 15-20 minutes of relaxation time for the couple before the ceremony, since the beginning of the day is extremely photo-heavy.
The ceremony had everyone — including me — crying. The vows Dulcie and Andrew exchanged were something out of a 90’s romcom (in the best way possible). One line from Dulcie in particular that stands out:
“If one day someone asks you about me, tell them I lived to love you.”
I know, I know… CRAZYYYY
Without any further ado, let’s let the photos do the rest of the talking. Enjoy!
